Another project done and dusted. This three tenancy development for LOGOS Group began as a speculative project, but after they secured their first tenant €” efm Logistics Services Group €” our team had to change direction rapidly in order to transform the building into a temperature controlled facility maintaining a range of 17-22 degrees. This was no mean feat, but working together with LOGOS, our team again displayed the flexibility and agility required to deliver institutional grade speculative developments in the face of drastically evolving scopes.

This was our first project with LOGOS Group, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with their team on what ended up being an incredibly dynamic project.
