Texco Construction has been awarded the the Design & Construct Contract for the new Niche Logistics Distribution Centre in Altona.

Constructed on 1.7 hectares of land the facility will include 3,500m2 of warehouse, 500m2 of office, 2,900m2 of awnings and expansive hardstand areas.

In 2006 Niche Transport began as a two person operation to target “niche” markets within the industrial transport industry, in particular, container freight between Melbourne to Perth. Over the years Niche Logistics has grown to become an organisation with almost 30 employees across two depots. In 2014 Niche successfully expanded into the National Linehaul services.
