Project Completed

Earlier this year, Texco completed an 11,541m2 dual tenancy warehouse development for Goodman within their premier Westside Industrial Estate in Truganina. The development saw a fast-tracked delivery of the Specialized Bike tenancy within 19 weeks closely followed by a handover to Scalzo Food a month later.
