Construction is now complete for Dexus and Opal

Truganina is the heart of Melbourne’s booming industrial corridor in the western suburbs.

The latest addition to this hub is our recently completed warehouse for Australasian packaging business, Opal Group, which sits within Dexus’s flourishing Truganina Estate and includes a 7,440m² warehouse, an 800m² office and a 1,440m² super awning.
