First project for GPT in Truganina

Texco is thrilled to announce we have been awarded our first project with one of Australias largest diversified property groups The GPT Group. The dual tenancy speculative development will kick off a significant pipeline for GPT in Truganinas booming industrial corridor and will span 25,624m2 of warehouse space. An office area of 800m2 will also be incorporated, whilst also featuring 5,515m2 of super awning.
