Texco Construction has been awarded the Design & Construct contract to undertake a Cold Storage project in Port Melbourne.

The scope involves the refurbishment works to an existing building resulting in 2,000m2 of Freezer, 1,000m2 of Chiller, 2,800 of Ambient Warehouse and new Administration Offices.
