Texco Awarded Centreland Park Development

Texco has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for the first development within Centreland Property’s new industrial estate, Centreland Park.

The scope involves the design & construction of 27,500m2 of warehouse, 570m2 of administration office, associated canopies and heavy duty hardstand. Site works commence in March with a forecast completion date of August.

The project is being managed by Equimax Property Solutions and we again look forward to working with the Equimax team to deliver an outstanding facility.
